Pets4Life Louisville offers 3 main types of vet care for the community. All of our vet care services are intended for pet families who do not have access to vet care due to things such as affordability or transportation.
🚨 Please note: Pets4Life Louisville focuses on preventative care and pet wellness though Pop-up vet events. We do not provide emergency vet services or funding assistance for emergencies or individual vet appointments.
Complete Fix
For pets that have not been Spayed/Neutered
Services: Spay/Neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, DAPP/FVRCP vaccine, bordatella vaccines & Microchips.

Vaccine Clinics
For healthy pets that need vaccines & microchips
Services: Rabies vaccine, DAPP/FVRCP vaccine, Dewormer, Microchip. May also include nail trims & flea Meds.

Wellness Clinics
For pets that need a vet exam for minor concerns
Services: Vet exam, rabies vaccine, DAPP/FVRCP vaccine, Dewormer, Microchip. May also include nail trims & flea Meds.

Note: Jefferson County requires that all pets are licensed each year though Metro Animal Services. The yearly lisence fee is $10 for pets that are ‘fixed’ (spayed/neutered) and $60 for pets that are NOT spayed/neutered.

In addition to vet care, Pets4Life Louisville now provides support to pet families who are struggling with basic needs such as pet food and pet supplies through 3 petcare hub locations. Receive free pet food, supplies, and expert pet care tips.
Pet Resource Days

Services: Monthly Pop-up events with Pet Food & Pet supplies available
Parkway Place
📍 Location: Parkway place neighborhood residence office
Services: Weekly Pet Food & some pet supplies available
Virtual Petcare Hub
📍 Location: Virtual support center for individual assistance
Services: Information & referral services for many pet care needs.
